Joseph E. Mariotti – Pennsylvania Lawyer Representing Injury Accident Victims and Families Who Have Suffered from Wrongful Death

Joseph E. Mariotti was born in Pittston, Pennsylvania. He was graduated from the University of Scranton in 1987 and from Loyola University School of Law where he received a Juris Doctorate Degree in 1992. Mr. Mariotti is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, and the U.S. District court for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania and has been admitted Pro-Hac Vice in the U.S.D.C. for the Southern District of Ohio.

He has practiced in Scranton, Pennsylvania since 1992 and has extensive experience representing Plaintiffs in personal injury cases and class action cases including McNulty et. Al. v. H&R Block and Evans v. Lowe’s, (U.S.D.C. Middle District of PA, Eastern Division), Smith v. Lowe’s (U.S.D.C. Southern District of Ohio, Eastern Division). Mr. Mariotti was appointed Co-Lead Counsel in the McNulty et. Al. v. H&R Block, by the Honorable Patricia Corbett of the Lackawanna County Court of Common Pleas.

He has tried or settled hundreds of Auto Injury cases, Product Liability, Medical Malpractice cases, Slip & Fall and other personal injury cases. He has also represented Plaintiffs in numerous worker’s compensation, social security disability and uninsured and underinsured arbitration cases.
